ARBORETUM

Arboretum is a double album (Arboretum & Herboretum), a musical space where germinate and grow a multitude of plants, all expressions of human feelings. These musical moods-plants (serenity, aggressiveness, astonishment, sadness, confidence...) offer a catharsis to the listener. 

In this Opus, the character born in Metaphor of Silence (album that described the genesis and the first evolutions of a being), begins to observe attentively the human spirit which expresses itself and looks at itself in the mirror of nature. He undertakes a deeper questioning of human behaviors, whose plants and their characteristics lead to excite or soothe, unfolding their intimate pathways. Our character discovers here the filiation between intangible and organic, the meaning of experimentation, the possibility of choosing between image and embodiment of our true being.

Arboretum est un double album (Arboretum et Herboretum), un espace musical où germent, croissent une multitude de plantes, qui sont autant d’expressions des émotions humaines. Ces végétaux-affects musicaux (sérénité, agressivité, étonnement, mélancolie, confiance…) offrent une catharsis à l’auditeur.  

Dans cet opus, le personnage né dans Metaphor of Silence, et dont l’album décrivait la genèse et les premières évolutions, commence à observer attentivement l’esprit humain qui s’exprime et se regarde dans le miroir de la nature. Il entame un questionnement plus profond émergeant d’une analyse des comportements et des sentiments humains, dont les plantes et leurs caractéristiques amènent tour à tour à exalter, apaiser et à matérialiser les cheminements intimes. Notre personnage découvre ici la filiation entre immatériel et organique, le sens de l’expérimentation, la possibilité de choisir entre image et incarnation de notre véritable être.
